Harry Lambert
Harry Lambert is the Founder and Head of the Institute of Neurotechnology and Law.
He is a Cambridge graduate and barrister practising in the fields of product liability, medical law, privacy, human rights and emerging tech.

He also sits as a Coroner in Inner North London, covering Camden, Islington, Tower Hamlets and Hackney. As counsel he is recognised as a leading barrister in the directories and in recent years has been involved in some of the most high profile and heavyweight litigation in the field.
Harry enjoys very high quality instructions including, in 2023, a claim involving a very prominent member of the Royal Family and acting as standing counsel to one of the world’s largest oil companies on human rights issues in a particular region.

José M. Muñoz
José M. Muñoz is an associate at the Institute of Neurotechnology and Law, United Kingdom, and the International Center for Neuroscience and Ethics (CINET), Spain. Formerly, he worked as a research fellow at Harvard University, the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Navarra. He was also an assistant professor at the European University of Valencia, an invited professor at the Externado University of Colombia, and a visiting professor at the National Institute of Criminal Sciences of
Mexico (INACIPE). He holds a B.S./M.S. in Biology and a Ph.D. in Logic and the History and Philosophy of Science. His areas of specialization are neuroethics and AI ethics.

He is the author of more than 70 publications, including works in high-impact international journals (such as Nature, Science, Nature Biotechnology, Brain Stimulation, Neuroethics, and AI & Society), prestigious publishers (such as Academic Press, Ariel, Espasa, and Tirant lo Blanch), and popular media (such as the Spanish edition of Scientific American).
