About the Role

Compensation: Revenue Sharing

Advisory Services: Provide expert legal advice on neurotechnology-related matters, including brain-computer interfaces, neural data privacy, cognitive rights, and ethical considerations.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant national and international laws, regulations, and standards related to neurotechnology.

Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures to address legal and ethical issues in neurotechnology.

Contract Review: Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to neurotechnology projects and partnerships.

Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in neurotechnology law and provide insights on emerging legal trends and challenges.

Educational Workshops: Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff and stakeholders on neurotechnology law and ethics.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:

    • Education: UK LLB/ Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent in your jurastiction with a specialization or strong background in neurotechnology law, or another specialism Tech/Medical etc

    • Experience: Extensive experience in neurotechnology, technology law, bioethics, or related fields.

    • Skills: Strong analytical, research, and communication skills; ability to explain complex legal and technological concepts to non-experts.

    • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of neurotechnology, including brain-computer interfaces, neural data privacy, cognitive rights, and related ethical issues.

    • Certifications: Relevant legal certifications or memberships in professional legal associations are a plus.
